Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping Threshold Orders totaling $299 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping to addresses within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories). Orders below $299 will incur standard shipping fees, calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day of payment receipt (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Processing time may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or if custom cutting/verification is required.
• Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates: We ship via trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS Ground (depending on order size and location). Estimated delivery times (after processing):
  • Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days (standard ground). Expedited options (2-day or overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
• Signature Requirement for Large Orders: Orders totaling $1,000 USD or more require a signature upon delivery for security and proof of receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a notice, delay delivery, or return the package, which could incur additional fees.
