We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of PPF and wrap films (custom-cut nature, hygiene, and application sensitivity), returns are limited.

Unshipped Orders (Cancellation Before Processing)

  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a full refund. Contact us immediately at +1 (512) 299 3735 or via email. Full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipped Orders – Unused / Unopened Products

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date, provided the product is:
    • Unused
    • In original, unopened packaging
    • In resalable condition (no damage, no cuts/peeling)
  • Return Process:
    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
    • A 25% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling, inspection, and inventory restocking.
    • Refund (original price minus 25% fee and any original shipping charges) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipped Orders – Used / Installed Products
    • If the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., bubbling, cracking, yellowing as covered under warranty): We will ship a replacement roll at no additional cost once the defect is verified (photos/video required). Contact us for warranty claim instructions.
    • If the product has no defect (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection, or installation issues): Returns and refunds are not accepted. No exceptions.

Defective / Damaged Upon Arrival

  • If the product arrives damaged (e.g., torn roll, crushed packaging affecting usability), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
  • Non-Returnable Items
    • Custom-cut or pre-cut PPF kits (unless defective).
    • Opened/used rolls where no manufacturing defect is present.
    • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation by the buyer.

General Notes

  • All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns may be refused or incur additional fees.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
