RAYNIX SHIELD is committed to providing fast, reliable shipping and fair return policies for our Paint Protection Film (PPF), TPU Wrap, and related products. All policies apply to orders placed on raynixshield.com and shipped within the United States.
Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping Threshold Orders totaling $299 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping to addresses within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories). Orders below $299 will incur standard shipping fees, calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day of payment receipt (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Processing time may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or if custom cutting/verification is required.
- Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates: We ship via trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS Ground (depending on order size and location). Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days (standard ground). Expedited options (2-day or overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Signature Requirement for Large Orders: Orders totaling $1,000 USD or more require a signature upon delivery for security and proof of receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a notice, delay delivery, or return the package, which could incur additional fees.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at +1 (512) 299 3735.
We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of PPF and wrap films (custom-cut nature, hygiene, and application sensitivity), returns are limited.
Unshipped Orders (Cancellation Before Processing)
- If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a full refund. Contact us immediately at +1 (512) 299 3735 or via email. Full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipped Orders – Unused / Unopened Products
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date, provided the product is:
- Unused
- In original, unopened packaging
- In resalable condition (no damage, no cuts/peeling)
- Return Process:
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
- A 25% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling, inspection, and inventory restocking.
- Refund (original price minus 25% fee and any original shipping charges) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipped Orders – Used / Installed Products
- If the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., bubbling, cracking, yellowing as covered under warranty): We will ship a replacement roll at no additional cost once the defect is verified (photos/video required). Contact us for warranty claim instructions.
- If the product has no defect (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection, or installation issues): Returns and refunds are not accepted. No exceptions.
Defective / Damaged Upon Arrival
- If the product arrives damaged (e.g., torn roll, crushed packaging affecting usability), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-cut or pre-cut PPF kits (unless defective).
- Opened/used rolls where no manufacturing defect is present.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation by the buyer.
General Notes
- All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns may be refused or incur additional fees.
- Refunds do not include original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
